This site is run by the officers of Relieved, a Black Desert Online guild, for guild members and people who want to join. It is a hobby project, not a business: we don't sell anything, show ads or share your data with anyone to make money.

What we store

  • Your Discord account, when you sign in with Discord or open an application ticket in our Discord server: your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, and your nickname and roles in the Relieved Discord server. We never see your Discord password or email.
  • What you tell us: your family name, characters, gear, when you play and your timezone, and your answers to the join, interest and other forms.
  • Application tickets: if you apply in our Discord server, the application you send there and, once the ticket is closed, the messages you and the officers wrote in it. Files sent there aren't kept, only their names.
  • Event sign-ups and scores: the family name you sign up with, and any score and screenshot you send.
  • A scrambled version of your IP address for forms and sign-ups you send without signing in. We keep only a one-way hash, not the address itself, and use it only to stop the same person sending something over and over.

Who sees it

  • Guild officers can see everything above, so they can run the guild, sort out teams and check scores.
  • Other members see your family name, characters and when you play on the guild roster. You can turn that off in your dashboard settings.
  • Event pages show the family names signed up, the teams and the leaderboard to anyone who opens them.
  • When you apply on the site, your application is also posted to the #recruitment channel in our Discord server. When you apply in a ticket there, only you and the officers see the ticket.

Other services we use

  • Discord, for signing in. Their privacy policy applies there.
  • Garmoth: we look up the public builds of the characters you add, by character name, on garmoth.com.
  • Railway, which hosts the site and its database.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that forms and sign-ups sent without signing in come from a person and not a bot. It runs in your browser and collects information about your device and how you use the page to do that. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies

We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in after you sign in with Discord. It lasts up to 400 days, or until you sign out. We don't use any tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own to do its check.

Seeing or removing your data

Most of what you've told us is in your dashboard, where you can change it. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, message any officer in our Discord server.
